MOUSEILHA FORT REHABILITATION PROJECT
This project, undertaken in collaboration with the General Directorate of Archeology, aims to restore a fort, an old mill, and surrounding farmland. The goal is to educate visitors about traditional farming methods, the difference between wild and domesticated plants, and how water mills were historically used to produce white flour.
Jouzour Loubnan has planted trees around the fort, including laurel, jasmine, pine, and a variety of fruit trees within the farmland. We have also restored the land and planted wheat and chickpeas with the aim of showcasing these traditional practices.
